Individual Adolescent Therapy (ages 10-17)

Parent Sessions
By engaging in parent therapy sessions, parents can gain support, learn effective parenting strategies, and improve their relationships with their children. This, in turn, can contribute to the overall well-being and healthy development of the child. The primary goal of parent therapy sessions is to help parents enhance their parenting skills, improve communication with their children, and address specific challenges they may be facing in their role as parents. These sessions provide a safe and confidential space for parents to discuss their concerns, receive guidance, and learn effective strategies for parenting.
